Buster + Punch takes a starring role in the re-working of this villa, belonging to Netflix’s Selling Sunset star, property mogul, Jason Oppenheim, which is currently up for sale at $7,995,000.

When L.A.-based, luxury real estate broker Jason Oppenheim wanted fashion-forward lighting, hardware, and furniture for a multimillion-dollar Hollywood Hills project, he knew where to turn.

Bought by Oppenheim in 2020, and placed in the hands of the design firm, White Glove Estates, the four-bedroom, four-bathroom villa is blessed with an abundance of natural light to work with and explore stylistically.

Original details like the floor-to-ceiling wrought iron French windows and doors have been kept in place, while black and pristine white shape the colour palette. The designers turn to intelligent use of rugs and clusters of furniture to zone off the airy living spaces.

In the main living space, a bespoke Heavy Metal Chandelier in steel sits at the centre of the constellation, encircled by Caged Lights in black granite while Hero Lights provide lighting outside. In bedrooms, more Cage Lights make an appearance and Hero Lights find themselves in adjoining bathrooms.
